Documentation is the whole business
Not a side service attached to something else. Preparing complete, consistent petition files is what we do all day.
Every file is checked twice
Nothing leaves our desk on one person's read. Forms, evidence and dates are reviewed against the checklist a second time before you see the package.
Flat fees, quoted in writing
You see the scope and the price before work starts. Government fees are separate and paid by you directly.
An honest first answer
If your facts do not support the route you came in asking about, we say so at the consultation, not after you have paid.
One file that follows you
Extensions, dependents, a change of status, a green card years later — all start from a record we already hold.
Built for RFEs
Adjudicators are denying more cases without a Request for Evidence first. Our packages are assembled on that assumption.
In-House Advantage
An Expert Panel Most Firms Have to Go Looking For
Extraordinary ability, national interest and specialised knowledge cases often turn on independent expert opinion. We do not start that search from scratch when your case lands — we maintain the panel.
350+
Professors and industry experts available for expert opinion letters across science, engineering, medicine, business, the arts and athletics.
Matched to your field, not generic
An opinion letter carries weight when the author's standing is relevant to your work. Matching is the first step, not an afterthought.
Evidence mapped to criteria
We index what you have against what the category actually asks for, then tell you honestly where the file is thin.
Consistency across the package
The same facts, the same figures, the same job titles in every document. Contradictions read as credibility problems.
Expert opinion letters are one input among many. No letter, panel or provider can guarantee an outcome — USCIS and the consulates decide every case.
Working Process

Documents & drafting
A checklist built for you, then drafting, indexing and internal review.
Your review, then filing
Nothing goes anywhere until you have read it. We track notices and help with any RFE.

Answers
Questions People Ask on the First Call
No. We are an immigration documentation service. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation, and our scope is limited to preparing documentation for immigration petitions. If your situation calls for legal advice, we will tell you plainly and recommend you speak with a licensed attorney.
About twenty minutes on your situation, dates and documents, ending with which routes your facts support, a written checklist for the one you choose, and a flat quote. There is no obligation to file anything with us afterwards.
A flat documentation fee, quoted in writing before work begins, with no hourly billing. Government and third-party filing fees are separate and paid by you directly to those bodies.
No, and nobody honestly can. Every decision rests with USCIS, the Department of Labor or a consulate. What we control is whether the documentation gives them a complete, consistent file to decide on.
Not for most cases. We work with clients across all fifty states remotely, and we are glad to meet at the Manhattan office by appointment if you are in the area.
That depends on the category, the service centre or consular post, and current government workloads. We will point you to the official processing times rather than quote you a number we cannot stand behind.
